madfellas BlogCFC is up and running!

My appologies if this happens to show up in any aggregators, I'm just editing an old post to test out the dp-syntaxhighligher JS :)

Original Post:

This is my obligatory "Hello World" post after a nice fresh installation of the latest version of BlogCFC. More posts to follow later...

Just testing that my comments actually work after hacking it to pieces...

Hi... Just saw that you had integrated dp.syntaxhighlighter with blogCFC. What did you have to do get it to work with blogCFC?

@Indy: I didn't really do anything special to get it to work, I just added the JS/CSS to the page template and then make sure I use the correct HTML markup whenever I make a blog post... So it's not really "integrated" I guess :)

Thanks. That's what I thought as well. I had started using FCKEditor instead of the regular textarea to post a blog entry in the admin. That is what seems to be changing the markup for me, and therefore the syntax highlighter is not able to process that correctly.

Just a quick question. What do mean by "correct HTML markup"?

I just mean I wrap the code in pre tags with the name and class attributes applied when typing it in to the blogcfc textarea when making a post :)
